Ottawa's CALLANETICS™ Instructor



Unfortunately, there are no classes at this time.  I had to stop classes due to my pregnancy.  Classes will resume in 2015.

All classes will be kept small (maximum 7 students) to allow me sufficient time with each student to deepen their practice by making corrections and providing recommended modifications to reduce or increase the intensity of the exercise.  This one-on-one approach leads to more effective results.

New Students

Please send me an e-mail (anne-marie(at) prior to attending your first class.  An important introductory briefing is required before the first class to learn about the CALLANETICS™ principles which will help prevent injuries, and to help understand the regular flow of a class.

What to bring to class

No special clothing is required; however, wearing form fitting clothes, such as those used for yoga or pilates will help me assess your alignment and be able to provide better recommendations to improve your practice.

All classes are done bare feet.

Mats and other props if used are available in the studio.

Water bottle, it’s important to stay well hydrated when exercising.
